3. How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  4. Confirm the order and complete the required payment.

Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation and payment receipt.


4. Do you offer custom or made-to-order products?

Yes. We offer special and made-to-order products based on customer requirements, factory specifications, and approved designs.

Custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer.


5. What are the payment terms for special orders?

For special or custom orders:

  • 50% advance payment is required to place the order and start production.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the goods are loaded into the container.

Production and shipping will not proceed without the corresponding payments.


6. Can I cancel or return a custom order?

No.
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the agreed specifications.


7. What about standard (non-custom) products?

Returns for standard products may be accepted only upon prior written approval, subject to inspection and the conditions stated in the Returns & Shipping Policy.


8. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are indicative and depend on:

  • Factory production schedules

  • Shipping routes and availability

  • Port and customs procedures

9. Do you ship large and/or heavy items?

Yes.
For large or heavy items, customers must ensure suitable access and unloading conditions. Any additional costs due to access limitations may apply.

  • Keep the original packaging until the claim is reviewed

Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, according to the Warranty & Quality Policy and factory terms.

Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
