This Returns & Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Times

All delivery times provided by PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD are indicative and depend on factors beyond our direct control, including:

  • Factory production schedules

  • Product availability

  • Shipping lines and routes

  • Port operations and customs clearance

Delays caused by third parties (factories, carriers, ports, customs authorities) do not constitute a breach of contract.


2. Shipping Methods

Deliveries may be arranged:

  • To the customer’s specified address

  • To a warehouse or collection point

  • According to the delivery terms stated in the quotation or invoice (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF, where applicable)

Shipping terms and responsibilities are clearly defined in the confirmed quotation.


3. Large & Heavy Items

For bulky or heavy products, the customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Suitable access for delivery vehicles

  • Adequate unloading conditions (e.g. forklift, crane, personnel)

Any additional costs due to restricted access or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.


4. Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer in accordance with the agreed delivery terms stated on the quotation or invoice.

5. Special / Custom Orders

Special or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • The product does not conform to the final written specification confirmed at the time of order.

These products are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.


6. Standard Products (Where Applicable)

Returns for standard (non-custom) products may be accepted only upon prior written approval by PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD, subject to:

  • The product being unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging being intact

  • Return request being submitted within the agreed timeframe

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


7. Transport Damage

If goods are received damaged:

  • The customer must notify PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD immediately, and preferably within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided.

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect the ability to file a claim with the carrier.


8. Refunds

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method, within a reasonable timeframe, after inspection and confirmation.

Refunds do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, or other non-refundable costs unless otherwise stated.


9. Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to the production status of the goods:

  • Orders already in production or completed cannot be cancelled.

  • Any costs incurred up to the cancellation date may be deducted from refundable amounts, where applicable.


10. Policy Updates

PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Shipping Policy at any time.
