Warranty & Quality Policy

This Warranty & Quality Policy applies to all products supplied by PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD
Company Registration Number: HE 467738
Operating in Cyprus and the European Union.


1. Quality Standards

PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD works with selected partner factories and suppliers to ensure that products meet agreed quality standards and specifications.

All products are supplied according to:

  • Factory specifications confirmed at the time of order

  • Agreed materials, finishes, dimensions, and models

  • Applicable industry and manufacturing standards

Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish may occur due to:

  • Natural materials (wood, stone, fabric, leather)

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Lighting conditions and screen representations

Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.


2. Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products supplied by PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.

The warranty covers:

  • Structural or functional defects caused by manufacturing faults

  • Defects that render the product unusable under normal residential use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Damage caused by improper installation or assembly

  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, heat, chemicals, or unsuitable environments

  • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties


3. Warranty Period

Warranty periods may vary depending on the product category and manufacturer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Warranty applies from the date of delivery

  • Warranty duration is defined by the factory or supplier specification

Any specific warranty duration will be clearly stated on the quotation, invoice, or product documentation.


4. Custom / Made-to-Order Products

For special or custom-made products:

  • Warranty applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects

  • No warranty is provided for design choices, material selections, or finishes approved by the customer prior to production

Custom products are manufactured based on customer-approved specifications and are not subject to return due to preference or aesthetic reasons.


5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery.

If a defect or quality issue is identified:

  • The customer must notify PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD promptly, and preferably within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

  • Original packaging must be retained until the claim is reviewed

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect warranty eligibility.


6. Warranty Claims Procedure

To submit a warranty or quality claim, the customer must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic or video evidence

Upon review, PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD will determine, at its discretion, the appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement of the defective part or product

  • Alternative solution agreed in writing


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Installation, removal, or reinstallation costs

  • Delays caused by factories, shipping lines, or third-party service providers

Warranty remedies are limited strictly to those described in this policy.


8. Policy Updates

PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD reserves the right to update or amend this Warranty & Quality Policy at any time.
