3. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation.

  • Product availability, production time, and delivery schedules depend on factory and supplier conditions.

  • Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the required payment.

4. Special / Custom Orders – Payment Terms

For special or made-to-order products:

  • 50% advance payment is required to place and confirm the order with the factory.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the goods are loaded into the container.

  • Production and shipping will not proceed until the corresponding payments are completed.

5. PDF Catalogs & Factory Materials

PDF catalogs and materials provided on the website originate from partner factories and are for reference purposes only.

Final product specifications, finishes, dimensions, and quantities are confirmed in writing before order placement.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including the eHouse brand, logo, website design, and original content, is the exclusive property of PH.TA. EHOUSE LTD.
